About
Innovation of services and skills proven from the sands of Afghanistan and in the first responder communities of Canada ...
...that's what we're offering you. Tim is a veteran of the Royal Canadian Air Force with almost 30 years of service, having retired in 2012. Following that experience he worked within the RCMP as an executive coach, mediator and group process facilitator. He's now a Registered Counselling Therapist (Candidate) and member of the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists, under the
supervision of Brian Duggan (RCT-00-006).

He's studied Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and combine it with
the personal approach of Neff and Germer's evidenced-based
Mindful Self-Compassion and Rick Carson's proven Gremlin
Taming model. His processes are individually tailored to
help each client fully untangle their life's experiences and
turn them into survivable episodes.
Also, please note that he is also a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. As such, he subscribe and adhere to their Codes of Conduct and Ethical Standards.
Also on the team is Kyle Brodie. Kyle has military experience, as member of the Halifax Rifles. In the private sector, he is a Social Service Worker and Certified Executive Coach. He has augmented his training with studies in mediation and conflict resolution. This skill makes him an excellent fit for situations
involving minor disputes and relationship repair.

Kyle also has over a decade of experience working with clients
managing clinically diagnosed mental health conditions. He
succesfully coaches clients to reach their fullest potential despite
their mental health challenges.
